PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE Professionally... Always looking to expand her horizons, Barb began her real estate career in 1997 after spending many years in the corporate world. Prior to 1997 Barb found that there was a key ingredient missing with many realtor's she had dealt with CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once she made the decision to change careers she made it her mission to provide clients with the exceptional service they were looking for, and deserved. During her first year in real estate she earned the New Associate Award for the most transactions, as well as the Extra Mile Award for receiving the most kudos from clients. With an incredibly high energy level, boundless enthusiasm, a keen and quick sense of humor, and a ready smile, she has become one of the TOP PRODUCING realtors in the area and the state. Working with a wide variety of people, from luxury homeowners to first time buyers, to her specialty of 55+ sellers and buyers, everyone gets the same undivided attention and personalized service. Her award winning marketing, strong professional ethics and persuasive negotiating skills, are just some of the reasons Buyer's and Seller's seek her out. Guaranteed customer satisfaction and Exceeding your Expectations' are what keeps customers and their referrals coming back. In addition to her traditional realtor services, Barb is currently serving a 2-year term as a Director for the Pinellas Realtor Organization and a 2-year term as a Director for the Florida Association of Realtors. She feels keeping her finger on the pulse of the governing organizations is an important part of staying up to date and informed. Barb is also one of the few area realtors who use traditional Feng Shui techniques assisting both Buyer's and Seller's with their choices. Personally... Barb and her husband, Greg, relocated to Pinellas County in 1990. Growing up in the Capital District of New York, she gained her extensive experience through a variety of careers. Being the youngest woman Bank Manager for a large New York bank inspired her to pursue further challenges. Career achievements include directing a Congressional Office in Washington D.C., managing national political campaigns, Director of Human Resources for a large manufacturing company in West Virginia, and managing an expansive Alternative Medical Center in Clearwater. Her free time activities center around her love for the water and the outdoors. Besides spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends, she keeps active with golf, softball, boating, fishing, and her newest adventure aerial photography. Barb and Greg also try to spend at least one day a month helping her retired friends and clients with chores they can't quite handle. Never one to sit idle, Barb works side-by-side with her husband remodeling and redecorating their home and feels that has given her great hands on experience that is a critical part of her job as a Realtor.
